Where to place your excess cashflow to grow wealth

Hi there,
Welcome to my weekly newsletter. This is approximately a 4-minute read.
In today's newsletter, we’re going to go over why you should invest your profit into a vehicle at some point (this is not investment advice)
We are going to go over…
What happened during Covid-19
The different types of funds that I’m involved in
Actionable Tips
At a certain point, your business is profiting, and after investing it in all the right places inside your business, you still have spare cash inside your operations.
Place that in a savings that’s not Chase Bank (0.01% APY) where your making 4% APY and can withdraw anytime (like AXOS) so that you’re protecting your buying power against inflation(8%).
This tip alone will save you 4%.

What happened during Covid-19
During COVID-19 19 the U.S printed 40% of the dollars currently in circulation. That means that 40% of the buying power from your $1 drop in response to this inflation. Why does this matter? This means that every $1 you hold on to will be worth a little less every year.
The Different Types of Funds That I’m Involved In
Currently I pour the majority of my capital into short term MCA deals where I conveniently restructure my client’s debt with long term financing and act as an interim bridge financing. Additionally, I am actively involved with Real estate and Equity fund manager in the U.S primarily. If preserving your wealth is of interest to you, hit me back on this email.
